An alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Keith Mirchandani is an award-winning entrepreneur and the principal and CEO of Tristar Products, a direct-to-consumer business in Fairfield, New Jersey, he founded 25 years ago. Under his guidance, the company has grown into an industry leader with numerous brands distributed in over 100 countries. Outside work, Keith Mirchandani continues to grow his expertise by being a member of various professional organizations, including the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA).
ERA is a nonprofit organization and the only global network for multi-channel home shopping and direct-to-consumer businesses. It comprises members from Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Asia, and Australia. ERA’s main mission is to support and strengthen the industry by providing it with a voice and a unified global structure. ERA is committed to defending the interests of both its global members and their customers.
To help the first, ERA organizes various networking events, including the largest European Home Shopping conference and the Chicago Inspired Home Show. Furthermore, it represents its members in front of European and national institutions.
As for consumers, ERA ensures industry-best standards are met with its consumer protection program.
